Once you click on Voiceovers section, you will see a Text-to-Speech converter.
Once you reach the Text-to-Speech converter, you can enter the script, and customize it according to your requirements.
You can now select the language you want the Voiceover in, and even select different voices.
After completing this step, you can go ahead and enter the name and description of the voiceover, and save it.
